But when you look at your wt loss tally, you are sure on track of .5-1 lb per week. That is considered average wt loss by weight watchers and ends up being 2-4 pounds per month. Slow and steady is the key believe me. Don't worry about "the end". Hate to tell you....there is no "end". It is continuing to make good, healthy choices 1 meal at a time. So don't worry about being "done". Just take it day by day and you'll get there. If you don't have a loss this week in spite of hard work, then next week you will and it will be a bit bigger. <br /><br />I found that for me I would have a couple of small little .2's then a 1.2. But I really lost steadily about 2-3 pounds per month. It was slow all the way along. But in 4 months, that's 10 pounds. Better than nothing or than gaining! <br /><br />Hang in there.
